About The Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you’ll maintain quality systems, manage documentation, and support customer and regulatory requests. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Maintain SAP material master data and product documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and questionnaires.
  • Support regulatory and quality documentation systems.
  • Assist with product registrations, deviations, and change requests.
  • Contribute to quality databases and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with global teams across QA, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Degree in business or technical field, preferably with QA/QC experience.
  • Proficient in SAP, LIMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology, fermentation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience in customer quality documentation and support.
  • Ability to train and guide regional QA staff.
  • Proven involvement in cross-functional projects and meetings.
