• You will be part of the Pulsaart (by AGC) start-up - https://www.pulsaart.com - where connectivity products for transportation-mobility are developed.
• Pulsaart is a dynamic team of 15 people who contribute to building a unique glass based antenna portfolio, operate an exclusive measurement service centre around a high tech large dimension anechoic chamber and operate a glass treatment service at customer locations.
Your mission
WaveThru is an innovative solution to improve GSM signal indoors.

The solution is fully developed in Belgium by a small team. In order to support our growth in Europe, the team is looking for a Quality Engineer. The position is full time.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our WaveThru Retrofit services. Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
The Key Responsibilities of the function are:
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Since our process is in ramp-up phase, the setting of quality processes is the first target.
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the service. You will be in close collaboration with Quality Controller that are operating the quality control at customer site.
• Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Analyze data from quality tests and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with clients to understand their quality expectations and ensure our services meet these requirements. Develop the workflow to aliment the quality reporting of our customers.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures. Lead continuous improvement activities with the team.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and standards in quality assurance and technology services.
• You take part in continuous improvement projects within the team
• You have an engineering degree in material sciences/chemistry/mechanical/electro-mechanical;
• You have a first experience (3 years minimum) in the industry, ideally in a process improvement role or in quality function;
• You are passionate by technical processes and new products;
• You are pragmatic, structured and rigorous;
• You have strong communication skills (persuasive) with ability to adapt your language to operators as well as top management;
• You are objective and independent, so that you can act as a neutral arbiter of the level of quality required and analyse the underlying causes of any discrepancies observed;
• Fluent in French, with a professional level of English
