Job description

We have an exciting opportunity in our fast growing UK delivery team. You will be will be a member of a dynamic and highly successful global organization, managing critical, strategic hires across Lonza’s Sites in Belgium, France and Germany.

We are ideally looking for someone to be based from Belgium or France who will have access to our client sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of end to end recruitment process including direct sourcing approaches, screening and assessing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Attending senior team leadership meetings to influence recruitment strategy
  • Recruiting permanent hires across all levels including highly technical and senior level management
  • Involvement in Global Recruiting Projects across key technical or functional areas

Key requirements:

  • Recruitment experience within agency, RPO or in-house environment (Life Science industry experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Adaptability and able to work in a fast changing environment
