The Oncidium foundation is a non-profit and public-benefit organization that aims to support and accelerate the development of radiotheranostics for cancer care with the objective of improving patient access worldwide. Are you interested, cause-driven, and hands-on?

Regional Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing partnerships with the Oncidium foundation’s network of Ambassadors. Ambassadors are experts in the nuclear medicine, radiotheranostics of radiopharmaceutical sectors that enable global action and reach for the foundation. This group is composed of nuclear medicine practitioners, radiopharmacists, chemists and experts in the field.

He/she will cover a specific dedicated zone and report to the Head of Global Partnerships. This role involves identifying potential ambassadors, settling partnership agreements, handling integration of new ambassadors, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates, understanding their challenges and realities, and supporting them in the leadership and projects to develop or enhance RLT availability in their country for better patients’ cancer care.

Your role

  • Identify and Enrol New Ambassadors: Research and assess potential partners, review applications, and conduct introductory calls and onboard them (agreement and onboarding)
  • Integrate New Ambassadors and Develop Country Strategy: Create collaboration strategies and integrate ambassadors into regular teams and communication channels
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain relationships, gather activity information, and forward relevant projects internally
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure effective integration and alignment of partnerships with internal departments (communications, development, and administrative teams)
  • Follow Up with Ambassadors and Report: Conduct regular calls and emails, and provide status reports to senior management
  • Market Info and RLT Education: Stay informed and update the internal team about industry trends and RLT updates
  • Event Participation: Represent the foundation at events and report to senior management and encourage and monitor Ambassadors’ presence at local congresses
  • Ambassadors Meetings: Prepare and coordinate general, regional, and virtual ambassadors with the Partnership and Communication teams.

The perfect match

You have:

Proven expertise in nuclear medicine and radioligand therapy, supported by a well-established network within the field

✔ A master’s degree in communication, Business Administration, or Sales

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (oral, spoken, and written). Additional language is a plus.

✔ Excellent computer skills and general knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

And you are:

✔ An outgoing person with excellent interpersonal communication skills

✔ A team player and able to create relationships at all levels

✔ Able to manage your time efficiently and independently

✔ Keen on travelling

✔ Based in Belgium
