Are you ready for an administrative journey full of challenges and growth? Then read on quickly because we are looking for a Sales admin assistant for our concession BYD in Zaventem who will mainly assist our agency network.


What will you do?

After the Sales Team of our agency network , has closed a sale, you have to ensure the further follow-up in order to guarantee a smooth delivery of the car. This includes the following tasks:

  • Manual entry of trolley and order status data in Excel.
  • Carefully check and confirm performed steps in the sales/delivery process in Smartsheet.
  • Follow-up on financing and vehicle registration.
  • Closely follow up orders through leasing companies and ensure all required documents.
  • Liaise with agencies in case of missing documents/information.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with agencies and logistics manager.
  • Follow-up on possible complaints.
  • Invoicing to agencies.
  • Function as back-up for colleagues.
  • Manual entry of sold cars in Excel.

Who are we looking for?

Training/experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role with customer interactions.

Technical competence requirements:

  • Skill in Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Navision - Incadea) is a plus.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Non-technical competence requirements:

  • Strong team player.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Dynamic and adaptable.
  • High level of accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive mindset and initiative.
  • Flexibility in performing different tasks.
