We are looking for a sales assistant to work closely with our Operation director and Vice-president in operational and sales administrative daily tasks. The position may be located in Equippo’s Zeebrugge or Rotterdam office.


Your responsibilities


  • Assist the vice-president with operational and strategic tasks, including market research, sales, and coordination of meetings with clients, among others.
  • Support sellers drafting up contracts and assisting with customers requested information
  • Organize inspections over France and Belgium
  • Coordinate pick-ups and delivery of machines in France and Belgium
  • Manage the activities calendars of the French and Belgium yards
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with logistical partners (yards)
  • Check VAT/Info from auction customers
  • Be the point of contact to auction customers to resolve inquiries and request relevant information (both by phone and email)
  • Generate invoices for Equippo’s buyers
  • Collect and manage machines’ documentation
  • Follow-up payments and CRM collection of auction customers

Your skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English and French. German language skills are a plus.
  • A high degree of organizational excellence
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Trello, Confluence, CRM software)
  • Background as PA, in sales, or in office management
  • Self-confident, goal orientated and with a persistent personality
  • Quick learner with a flexible and proactive attitude.
