To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Back Office/Marketing assistant to join our ambitious and motivated team.

As a Sales Back Office/Marketing assistant,you will support the Business Developers and the Marketing manager:

  • keep the client database up-to-date
  • set up introductory (web) meetings with prospects and update or follow-up (web) meetings) with clients
  • schedule internal After Event Reviews
  • ake care of back-office administration (prepare documents: NDA’s, vendor registration forms…)
  • follow up on our digital marketing initiatives (website, blogposts, social media,.. ) in close cooperation with our branding agency and our marketing partners

Is this your profile?

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing management or equivalent by experience
  • Starter or 2-3 years’ experience
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French (oral and written)
  • You are a motivated, proactive, and dynamic person with a sales hunting attitude
  • You are a team player and you also like to take responsibility and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Easy-going but assertive if necessary
