Job Description

As Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
  • Contact person for customers via mail/telephone
  • Taking and processing of orders up to and including delivery and invoicing
  • Daily processing of orders and follow-up of deliveries in SAP
  • Keeping your clients up to date on the various steps of the process
  • Work as part of a team with emphasis on reliability, flexibility, and accuracy

The Ideal Customer Service Candidate
  • Bilingual Dutch OR french, knowledge of English is a plus
  • Knows how to get things done and is good at organizing his/her own work
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are ambitious and have long-term aspirations for more responsibility within the company
  • You are stress-resistant
