‍Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Ghent with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Development Representative will focus on lead generation, inside sales, and business development. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying potential customers, handling initial communication with leads, and contributing to sales strategy. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and working closely with the sales team to meet targets.

What will you be doing

  • Hunting for new opportunities – Prospect, reach out, and spark conversations with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Building a rock-solid pipeline – Work closely with marketing to generate and qualify leads.‍
  • Engaging and educating – Deliver compelling product demos that showcase FixForm’s impact.
  • Managing relationships – Keep in touch with prospects and nurture leads like a pro.‍
  • Keeping it all organized – Maintain and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) like it’s your second brain.
