Responsibilities
  • You will build a strong direct and indirect customer base on the Belgian market
  • You will convince new partners to choose for Axalta’s coatings
  • You will advise direct clients, partners, architects and designers about the colour and technique of coatings
  • You will align your sales strategy with your targets in consultation with the General Industrial Sales Manager Benelux
  • You know the newest trends within the coatings industry
  • You convert targeted marketing strategies into results
  • You know what competitors do and how they work
  • You will regularly get inspiration at the office in Lummen
  • You take part in fairs, events and seminars together with our team
Qualifications
  • At least a few years of relevant experience in a B2B sales environment
  • The technical aspects of our products do not put you off
  • Fluent in responding to creative ideas from your customers
  • Proactive thinker and doer
  • Determined to reach your targets
  • Flexibility is not a problem for you
  • Looking forward to being part of a close team
  • Fuent in Dutch, English and preferably French
