Sales Manager - MultiAir BeLux NV


The Company
MultiAir BeLux is the ambitious and customer-driven customer center for Compressor Technique Brand Portfolio in Belgium and Luxemburg. We sell, direct and indirect, equipment and service solutions from our family of different brands. As we are preparing for future growth and a closer collaboration with Geveke Compressor Technology, we are looking for a Sales Manager that can develop and lead the sales operations in both entities to sustainable profitable growth.

The Role
Your mission and main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the direct and indirect sales for both MultiAir BeLux and Geveke Compressor Technology
  • Develop an outstanding customer experience, both direct and indirect
  • Define and execute a clear plan to increase our market share
  • Achieve results as per objectives agreed with the GM
  • Ensure that MultiAir BeLux gets recognized as the best qualified supplier in compressed air equipment and industrial gasses in the BeLux region.
  • Advocate a strong focus on using our CRM system
  • Increase our hit rate
  • Proactively steer and follow up the sales funnel with your team
  • Stabilize, grow and reinforce the present sales organization to ensure success in our ambitious growth targets
  • You report to the General Manager and are a key part of the company’s management team.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good understanding of the belux market and its challenges and trends
  • Proven commercial and business awareness
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication & people management skills
  • Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French (or willingness to learn in a short period of time)
