NCAB Group is a leading global PCB supplier founded in 1993 in Sweden. Continuing our growth path, we are delighted to welcome a new colleague as Sales Manager (f/m/d)in Outside sales. Our office is in Lommel. We welcome your application wherever you are located in Belgium as we offer hybrid working.

You are curious and a dedicated success orientated sales person, driven by developing business and meeting customer needs? This could be the right position for you!

You are interested in technology but Printed Circuit Boards is a new product for you? This is not a limit: an individual onboarding and training program brings you a solid foundation.

We are looking for you

  • having a "hunter" mentality to identify and answer customer needs
  • demonstrate an outstanding track record in developing new business
  • desiring to excel and grow a sustainable business
  • taking full responsibility in identifying and targeting potential customers
  • ensuring high quality in your work while negotiating, developing and closing contracts and deals
  • collaborating with the sales and technical team to achieve our targets
  • building strong relationships and staying up to date with sector and market trends
  • having a college degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in sales
  • willing to travel domestically and being authorized to work in the Benelux
