Our client is active in the motorcycle industryand is a renowned distributor of rider gear and spare parts for motorcycles, quads, and scooters.Our client employs approximately 730 peoplein over 14 countries in Europe.To strengthen the Marketing team, we are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

What is this job about?

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of business development and implementing sales & marketing communication plans in line with the growth strategy of our client.

  • You develop and implement sales and marketing communication plans in line with the growth strategy by defining & engaging on target audience, defining channels of communication, maximizing lead generation, etc.
  • You develop a network of logistics and promotional partners by selecting and visiting potential partners and monitoring current partners.
  • You actively participate to strategy meetings.
  • You advise the managers on ways to improve the current strategy.
  • You organize and/or support and attend to events to promote your business line.
  • You actively participate to budget definition, track invoices and achievements monthly.

Your team members

You will join an international marketing team of 3 colleagues. 2 of them are based in France and one of them is based in the UK. Your manager is based in Spain.
