SAP OTC Process Improvement Consultant - Freelance

For a customer of ours in the food production sector, we are seeking a Senior SAP OTC Process Improvement Consultant to join on a long term, freelance basis.

They are looking for a consultant with good knowledge on the SD (Sales and Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution) modules to be responsible for analysing and optimizing their Order-to-Cash processes within their SAP environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders across various business functions to identify opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role is 70% design and implementation, then 30% project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and pain points.
  • Implement solutions within SAP SD and LE modules to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the teams to align SAP functionalities with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented processes and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years within SAP/ERP Transformation, working as an analyst and a project manager
  • Knowledge of the SD/LE modules, alongside experience and understanding of ATP
  • English speaking

DURATION: 9 Months + Extensions

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Tournai

ONSITE POLICY: Flexible

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

LANGAUGES: English (French is also desirable)
