We have opportunities for dynamic banking consultants with a creative mindset,who demonstrate an affinity with new technologies and an interest in digital transformation. Among others, we are looking for junior professionals who have the experience and potential to quickly become Scrum Masters / Product Owners on our projects.

As Scrum Master / Product Owner , you will help our banking clients to anticipate and respond to the digital revolution transforming their business model and revenue streams. You will be part of a team which blends business, design, and advanced technology skills into collaborative ways of working. Project examples We recently staffed and delivered an end-to-end digital mortgage solution, an omnichannel invest advisor, an intelligent process automation Center of Excellence, designed an API platform for PSD2, defined a digital wealth strategy and much more!

As a Scrum Master / Product Owner, you will:

• 
  Use your analytical skills to capture and document innovative lending solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of major lending transformation programs
• Align business and IT on technology driven business initiatives in the lending sector

• Interact appropriately with external & internal stakeholders (Product management, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT)

What are we looking for?

• Master degree in a relevant field (applied economics, commercial engineer, mathematics, applied informatics, etc) or equivalent through experience

• Professional experience (between 2 – 6 years), either in consulting, and/or in the banking sector

• Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French and Dutch

• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy

• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach

• Certifications such as Agile, Scrum master, Product Owner are a major plus .
