What does success look like from the inside?

How you’ve gotten here

• You have a deep understanding of the innovation work we do. Imagining tomorrow’s products, services and businesses - and creating them today
• You have a profound interest in AI and are actively experimenting with AI or (low) code / no code applications
• You bring in 5 years of relevant experience in innovation / strategy consulting work with a healthcare focus
• You are eligible to work from Belgium or eager to move to Belgium so you can work from our office in Antwerp a few times a week
• You are skilled in designing and executing impactful evaluative and generative experiments using digital tools. You’re interested in quantifying things
• You know how to do UX research and you had first experiences validating business hypotheses through qualitative research
• You have actively contributed to business development before by (co)creating proposals or co-pitched services to prospective clients
