We are looking for a “Senior Change Manager” for Brussels

Ref. 2021011

Description/Profile

Identify the changes, projects and other transformation initiatives that requiring change management support and lead a quick diagnostic
Define and structure a change management plan for the progression/transformation initiatives and for some IT related projects that have a medium or high people/process impact
Implement the change management plan together with the project lead
Act as a reference person in change management who supports the BU managers and projects managers in the organization in the day to day

Skills

Experience as a PM
Proven experience in Change Management/Transformation in complex organisations
Proven experience in impact analysis on people/processes/gouvernance/organisation
Agile experience is a plus
Expert knowledge of tools & process implementation
Expert knowledge of internal communication strategies linked to change & innovation
