About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Silverfin, you play a critical role in helping our customers in the Walloon region thrive. You are not only an expert in the Silverfin platform, but also a trusted advisor who understands the customer’s business and knows how to drive value at every stage of their journey.

You are passionate about customer success, skilled in managing diverse portfolios, and committed to delivering outstanding service. With a sharp strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude, you’ll collaborate closely with account managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure our customers achieve their goals — and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic advisor to customers, aligning their goals with Silverfin’s value through storytelling and insight.
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio, delivering consistent high-quality service and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Identify customer challenges and proactively deliver solutions that drive adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account managers on account planning and growth strategies.
  • Helping improve internal processes, mentor others, and contribute to cross-functional success.
  • Keep customer information up to date and take accountability for the long-term success and growth of your portfolio.
  • Stay on top of market trends, product expertise, and industry developments — especially in Belgian accountancy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or related client-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive, customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Knowledge of the Belgian accountancy sector is a strong plus.
