About Our ClientOur customer is a active in the sustainable energy sector.Job DescriptionAs Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:



  • You are the first point of contact for employees and hierarchy, providing them advice over various HR topics
  • You analyze the needs of teams and departments together with all stakeholders
  • You translate the HR policies to the business
  • You maintain constructive relationships with staff delegation and Union representatives
  • You detect and initiate improvement initiatives for HR processes
  • You own HR processes and employee life cycle-related processes such as performance reviews, personal development plans, etc.
  • You ensure smooth personnel administration (daily back-office tasks: collecting and processing HR documents, drafting HR-related communication, keep setting up talent scans, analysis of sick leave, change requests, setting up organigrams, etc.)
  • You deliver periodic reports within the set deadlines and draft ad-hoc reports for the HR team & the management teams
The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:



  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a generic HR role combined to a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • You have broad knowledge of HR Management (Talent management, Comp&Ben, performance management, recruitment...)
  • You have a good knowledge of process and project management
  • You have experience working in an international environment having industrial/production sites (social dialogue, unions)
  • You are used to lead and/or coordinate projects autonomously
  • You are well-organised and act entrepreneurially
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
