Senior Management Consultant

Your responsibilities

• You will be involved in presales activities. You will perform an initial assessment of the client and build project proposals based on your findings and the needs expressed by the client.
• You will build and manage a trust relationship with the client and act as a sparring partner.
• You will participate in strategic & digital transformation projects and guarantee qualitative delivery (together with senior consultants).
• You will assess the As-Is and define the To-Be in order to perform a gap analysis.
• You will develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.
• You will implement the recommended improvements and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
• You are able to facilitate workshops & training if needed.
• You will lead a team of consultants.
• Your responsibilities can additionally involve change management and/or project management.

Your profile

• You have at least 5+ years of proven experience in management consulting.
• You have practical experience in at least 1 of the following industries: retail, banking/insurance, healthcare/pharma, manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, energy, telecom & media.
• You have a certification in management consulting, project management and/or change management.
• You have outstanding analytical and problem solving and communication skills. Commercial awareness is key.
• You have high qualitative interpersonal skills to successfully lead customer projects and teams.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.
• You have a Master degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management.
