  • You are in charge of projects to advise and support clients in complex M&A transactions with services ranging from financial due diligence, sell side vendor assistance & due diligence, business plan reviews, carve-out support, SPA advice and negotiations, synergy identification, and other M&A support services.
  • You are the first contact towards the client, manage your team of M&A professionals and coordinate the work streams of other Deloitte expert teams.
  • You work in a variety of industry sectors and be active on large cross border deals as well as mid-market transactions.
  • You play an important role in our business development opportunities.
  • You work closely together with a team of experienced M&A professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of clients.

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have 6 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis or audit, of which at least 2 years in financial due diligence
  • You have a Master’s degree in finance or economics. Being enrolled in or having completed the CFA programme is an asset.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English and have solid writing and presentation skills.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly, persuade and influence.
  • You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability.
  • You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent coaching skills and experience in managing people.
  • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
