As a Senior Sales Analyst, you will be in charge of the Sales commission scheme for Verisure Belgium. You will be responsible to calculate the commissions of our sales people, analyze and provide insights to the sales organization on how to maximize their payout based on monitored KPI’s. You will also be in the lead when it comes to developing new commission schemes for the sales or other departments in the company.

You will be part of the Sales Performance Team based in our HQ and will have daily interactions with the Sales organization. You will be part of a young, smart and fun to work with team and will have the possibility to grow with the team and in a company that has been growing at 20% per year!

Your responsibilities

  • Give recommendations to higher management based on analyzing the data and looking ahead on how to improve sales performance.
  • Regularly deliver metrics and reports to support the sales organization in driving higher performance using actionable insights.
  • Maintain high quality financial models and systems tools utilizing large sets of data.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to the leadership team and across the broader organization.
  • Provide insights and explanations to the Controlling department when needed.
  • Support the development of automated tools and financial models to increase efficiency and accuracy of analyses and reporting.
  • Calculate and communicate on the commissions for our sales organization and other departments.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in financial/business analysis, start-up experience would be considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
  • Natural high attention to detail while maintaining focus and pace.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both in word and writing.
  • You fluently communicate in Dutch and French, with excellent English.
  • You have a good understanding of commercial drivers of business as well as operational.
  • You think positive and are creative in approaching challenges.
  • You are proactive, stress resistant and solutions-oriented.
  • You are organized, a quick learner and deadline oriented.
