We are looking for a senior sales professional to create and lead a team of commercial profiles to focus on selling our solutions in the BeNeLux construction market.

As Head of Sales you will be responsible to put the Bricsys products in the market and achieve growth in line with the company goals and objectives. The successful candidate is expected to be entrepreneurial, have the experience to shape the commercial strategies and organisation whilst at the same time being hands-on from prospecting to closing deals.

In this role, you will

  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies to meet and exceed growth
  • expectations, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, motivate and support the sales team
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Track, measure and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs
  • Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel growth
  • Understand the customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
  • You manage efficiently and effectively the division’s resources, including human skills, and information technology

Candidate profile requirements

  • Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role in SaaS/software industry
  • Strong understanding of ’solution selling’ in the AEC industry
  • Good understanding of the construction sector within the Benelux region
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of CAD, BIM and CDE market, competitor landscape and products
  • You have excellent planning, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • You are comfortable working with virtual team members
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus
