Who are we looking for?

As an experienced Compagnon-de-route, we understand that each project or transformation is a different journey and therefore requires a tailored approach. Our team, acting as sherpas for this journey, help choose the best possible route towards success together with our client, depending on the context, available capabilities & capacity.

We are looking for highly talented & motivated professionals, seeking to further develop themselves in a high-performing, agile & international environment. This requires:

• Master’s degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or other science, technology, economics or mathematics related fields
• At least 5 years (Senior Manager: 8 years) of professional working experience, with a solid track record in a high performing company operating mainly in industries such as the manufacturing, FMCG, construction or transportation industry
• Experience in strategy- or management consulting is essential
• Extensive experience and expertise in supply chain management, as well as value & cost transformation projects & initiatives
• Strong project management skills & ability to motivate & guide a team of young consultants to the desired result.
• Strong presentation, conceptual, communication & influencing skills
• Fluency in English and preferably Dutch or French
• An entrepreneurial and ‘can-do’ attitude, with an affinity to use your previous experiences to guide your team through new situations.
• A client-focused mindset; able to quickly grasp the issues & concerns of our clients and willing to go the extra mile to resolve them.
• Analytical, inquisitive, fast learning & digitally savvy
• Resilience and flexibility in terms of mobility & work schedule
• Eagerness to work together within our team as well as with client teams

As a (Senior) Strategic Value Manager, you will lead and assist the day-to-day delivery of our projects, with a primary focus on transformation within the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations, …. You will be leading teams consisting of both client teams and our own consultants. You’ll work directly with our best-in-class consulting leaders to build the right path for our clients and guide them through their transformative journey from beginning to end. You’ll have the chance to work with clients of different sizes, operating mainly in industrial environments, such as industrial manufacturing, FMCG, construction, chemicals, pharma and healthcare, and transport service providers. You will be tackling a wide array of challenges, primarily in the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations, change management, …; through projects of varying duration and with highly skilled people bringing their own experiences to the table.
