  Providing accurate project status updates through the phases of the Solution Delivery Management process

  Identify and monitor critical success factors to support Solution Delivery Management

  Supports the roll out of mature process methodology enhancements to improve the Solution Delivery process
• 
  Managing communications between the client and internal teams
• 
  Communicate effectively between Project Owners on the client’s side and the internal Solution Delivery team to support delivery, risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution
• 
  Running Monthly and Quarterly Reviews with the client to report on project progress
• 
  Building impactful and meaningful client relationships
• 
  Improving our customer service with our strategic clients to reach a higher degree of customer intimacy.
• 
  Continuously improve our Customer Service
• 
  Internal ambassador on importance and relevance of Customer Service.
• 
  Increase and set-up initiatives to improve Customer Services.
• 
  Take the lead on ‘Customer First’ awareness.
• 
  Other responsibilities

  Keep track of industry trends and best practices in Customer Service.
• 
  Establish trusted partner relationships with client and partner stakeholders through technical expertise and thought leadership

  Identify growth potential or renewal opportunities within current and future accounts

  5+ years of experience in Project Management and in leading both technical and non-technical teams.

  You have proven experience in managing multiple big budget projects simultaneously
• 
  Experience with working with strict deadlines, managing expectations and risks.
• 
  You are highly organized and are able to smoothly manage deadlines and delivery timelines.
• 
  You are an effective coordinator and can organize your tasks efficiently among different team members.
• 
  You are comfortable speaking to managers on the executive level as well as on the junior level with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue
