Diversity makes us stronger and at Kipling we do believe your story matters, this is why we welcome all backgrounds.We lighten your step, powering your curiosity to go your own way.Let’s talk about the role!You as Specialist, Marketing Operations Kipling will report to the Marketing Operations Manager, and you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our global marketing initiatives.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product merchandising, creative services, and the regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.How You Will Make a DifferenceYou will achieve this in the following key areas:- Project Management: Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and stakeholders are kept informed about project progress. Projects include:
- Brand portal management & uploads
- Global sales meetings
- GTM & Global marketing calendar
- Seasonal photoshoots
- Budget Support: Assist in the management of the global marketing budget, including tracking expenses & marketing invoices.
- Seasonal Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing toolkits, ensuring consistency across various channels and regions.
- Copy: Collaborate with internal and external copywriters to create engaging marketing copy, including website & CRM copy, social media content, and advertisements.
- Brand Management: Support brand consistency by ensuring global marketing materials align with the brand guidelines. Monitor brand usage across regions and provide guidance to local marketing teams.
- Have 2-3 years experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in a global or international environment. Experience in an agency or brand is a plus.
- Be a highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Have strong project management skills. Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with a keen eye for detail;
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
