Store Manager – Brussels, Belgium

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Languages skills : fluent in Dutch and/or French and English

Experience: Single store experience

Salary: €3300 per month brut – Belgium contract – plus bonus and benefits

Great opportunity for an experience Retail Manager / Store Manager / Shop Manager to join in the team of this store and lead a team to success.

You will be responsible for

Managing and developing a team of 6 enthusiastic assistants
The overall guest experience within the shop
Stock ordering and inventory control
Merchandising and ensuring shop floor is always at its best
Profit & Loss and other key financial controls for the store
Following the Health and Safety; cleanliness and security protocols
Analysing results and ensuring the exceeding of all KPIs (Spend Per Head, Cost of Sales Margin and Stock provision

The Store Manager profile

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Manager with the above responsibilities within a single retail site.
Passion for retail, people and developing a career
Excellent leadership skills and management of a team
Experience with maintaining, ordering and forecasting stock levels
Passion about guest service and providing a 5* experience to your clients
Strong analytical skills specifically for commercial reports to increase spend per head and drive revenue
Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy
Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
Responsible and trustworthy, adaptable and accountable
Strong communication skills and excellent IT and Retail System working knowledge
Fully up to date with latest regulations regarding security and hygiene; Health and Safety, etc.
Languages skills : fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
