For our client well know Retail brand in South Belgium we are looking for a Supply Chain & Back Office Analyst

Job Description

His responsibility is to translate Business needs related to Information Systems.

He oversees IS related to project together with the application development team.

He’s acting application support specialist for a pre determine application scope

Management of the existing IS and operational assistance

Ensure the proper day-to-day use of IS tools and the adequacy of the operational issues of service management
  • Establishment of a permanent dialogue with the end users of his domain
  • Advice to IS users
  • Detection of difficulties in using the IS
  • Detection of training needs
  • Specification of change requests
  • Participation and/or animation of country and European user clubs
Quality of the IS system

Project Management related to the IS system

Profile

Profile

IT Background or related

3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position

Experience or knowledge of The Retail world is an plus

Experience in IT for a Supply Chain environment is an plus

Fluent in French , Dutch & English
