POSITION

Join Benelux & Nordics Retail Support team ! We are currently looking for a Supply chain intern for Benelux and Nordics region based in Brussels Head Office, reporting to the Supply Chain coordinator. The intern will be supporting in the Supply Chain Operations and the Performance of our 11 stores / 7 countries.

Main duties and responsibilities


Operations

  • Supporting stores in their daily requests on various topics in order to ensure constant high store performance and the best client experience (stock availability, process guidelines, etc.).
  • Participating in key projects: RFID launch, Unique Stock
  • Following up on Client Orders
  • Organizing local Staff Sales
  • Working closely with various departments of the Head-Office regarding their stock needs (HR, Press, Clienteling)

Performance

Omni Channel Orders:

  • Monitoring key performance indicators to strengthen omni-channel efficiency and overall client experience
  • Gathering of relevant data for regular review and occasional deep diving to understand the causes of service failures

Inventories:

  • Monitor key performance indicators of stock discrepancies, creation of dashboard and analysis.

  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Team Spirit with strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to work at a distance with multicultural teams (11 stores spread over 7 countries)
  • Sense of service
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Client centric approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel practice and knowledge
  • English proficient - Any language spoken in the Benelux & Nordics region is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • First in-store experience with front office and/or back of house knowledge
  • SAP experience will be an advantage, PowerBI knowledge

Background

  • 2-year Undergraduate Curriculum completed, preferably in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Internship contract/convention from university required
  • 12 months internship
  • Internship starting early January 2022
