Job Description:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and warehousing, while aligning operational processes with strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for supply chain operations.
• Managing budgets and driving change initiatives, such as ERP system upgrades.
• Optimizing operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Balancing product availability, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
• Leading and improving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Oversee purchasing/souring strategys
• Managing and overseeing supply chain and procurement functions with responsibility for a team of 25 professionals
• Overseeing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement across a diverse supply base.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a production-based organization and familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as required within Europe; fluency in English and a local language is essential.
