Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Respond to technical incidents and service requests through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, manage passwords, and control access to systems and applications in line with organizational policies.
  • Incident Management: Accurately document, categorize, and prioritize incidents and requests in the IT Service Management system, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Remote Support: Use remote access tools to assist users in resolving technical issues, offering effective guidance and solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update technical documents, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Hardware & Software Setup: Support the configuration and installation of hardware and software for new hires and system upgrades.
  • Escalation: Collaborate with higher-level support teams to escalate more complex issues when necessary, ensuring their resolution.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide basic IT training and support to end-users to help improve their technical skills and reduce the occurrence of repeated issues.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365).
