Our partner specialized in services provider in the Financial Industry is looking for their Talent Acquisition Officer.

  • Source candidates for Brussels and Luxembourg offices
  • Use job boards, social media, application reviews, and other methods
  • Develop an effective recruitment strategy
  • Build a strong and high-quality social network for potential candidates
  • Select and implement the most efficient recruitment tools
  • Screen candidates and lead initial interviews
  • Provide feedback to candidates after discussions with hiring managers
  • Work with HR colleague to handle contract set-up and onboarding
  • Monitor recruitment activities and prepare reports to ensure efficiency
  • Focus on candidate experience and maintain positive relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication department to improve company’s visibility to potential candidates
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English is a plus
  • Already an experience as Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of the banking world or the IT world
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Passionate of recruitment and people
