Source candidates for Brussels and Luxembourg offices
Use job boards, social media, application reviews, and other methods
Develop an effective recruitment strategy
Build a strong and high-quality social network for potential candidates
Select and implement the most efficient recruitment tools
Screen candidates and lead initial interviews
Provide feedback to candidates after discussions with hiring managers
