What you’ll do

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for the search and selection of new consultants (Permanent/Temporary/Freelance) for Strand’s Pharma and Life Sciences Department. This role involves the following responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle
  • Create relevant advertisement campaigns on social media and job boards, together with Marketing
  • Reach out to relevant candidates through Strand’s CRM, LinkedIn, and job boards
  • Interview candidates regarding specific open positions, and a career at Strand
  • Discuss selection with the business team
  • Debrief interviews with the candidates
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Provide innovative advice on improving our way to attract quality consultants that will support the company’s growth
  • Participate to job fairs and dedicated events
  • Build bridges with Universities to attract young potentials

Who we’re looking for

  • Degree (Business, HR, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Sciences, Management...) and/or relevant experience in the field
  • A first experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is a plus
  • Experience/knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is also a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and freelancers
  • Highly organized and able to work on several processes/tasks simulteanously
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Ambitious
  • Excellent command of English
  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch
