Kerridge Commercial Systems is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors. A private equity backed organisation delivering enviable growth in its defined sector in the UK and globally. Part of a global business with operating divisions in Netherlands, South Africa, USA, Australia and Kenya as well as the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a great Tech Recruiter (preferably with ERP knowledge) for a short term 3 month contract for 3 days a week). We have a number of urgent requirements within the Benelux region. You will need to speak English, French and Dutch. We would like you to be based in any of the Benelux countries or the UK.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates for selected live roles
  • Creating and running projects on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • CV screening
  • Coordinating recruitment/selection processes
  • Drafting adverts
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System
  • Liaison with candidates throughout the cycles of the hiring process
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Qualification, technical skills, commercial work experience, soft skills such as communication, presentation, personal attributes)
  • Experience working within a recruitment or sourcing capacity.
  • Preferably experience in supporting with corporate/technical hires.
  • Experienced in screening CVs, sourcing profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter, placing adverts, recruitment administration.
  • Possessing a positive and proactive mindset to all tasks.
  • Able to hit the ground running to make an immediate contribution.
  • Be well organised and able to work at pace and with a high level of autonomy and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to quickly understand role requirements/person specifications.
  • English, French and Dutch speaking.
