As Talent Acquisition Specialist with focus on freelance consultants you will be part of a close team that focuses on the external market. You support the different areas by checking the needs and finding the perfect match through the right channels. You will build a network both inside and outside the organization and actively use it to become the point of contact for all external consultants.

This is you
  • You have a bachelor working and thinking level.
  • You have 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • You have an affinity with IT or a great interest in this domain.
  • You are entrepreneurial, have a positive mindset, know how to get things done and can think creatively out-of-the-box.
  • You are a ’quick learner’ with a ’can do’ mindset.
