????We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with a curiosity for engineering, with a focus on R&D and innovation.

VeroTech, is a technology company specialized in consultancy and engineering services for R&D projects. Clients are multinationals and large companies in a variety of industries such as telecom, automotive, transportation, semiconductor and medical, ... We support our clients within different engineering fields: Mechatronics, Mechanics, Embedded software, Electronics and Data Science.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Building expertise in intriguing engineering industries! During your first 6 weeks, you will be coached & advised by your team to ensure a smooth start in the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Using social media in order to attract talents
  • Sourcing and screening engineering profiles
  • Interviewing candidates

You can make the difference if you have✅

  • Master degree in HR, Psychology, Communication,... and mainly an interest for talent acquisition
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition in Technology is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, resilient, driven
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
