Job Description

You will join our awesome team and in collaboration with our Google CloudandDigital Workplace team, you will source and recruit the best candidates within the technical space in Belgium

• You have 1 or 2 years of experience as a corporate recruiter or in an agency environment, sourcing hard to find talent.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competency based interview, assessments) and you are familiar with recruitment channels (e.g. LinkedIN, Indeed, etc)
• You are willing to take the ownership of organising recruitment events in collaboration with various campus organisations.
• You will assist hiring managers with screening potential candidates
• You have experience with using ATS(preferably SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse)
• You are willing to take on broader range of tasks
• You speak English fluently and either Dutch or French.
• You are genuinely interested in ML and AI solutions and know how to engage with those profiles.
