As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our International Talent Acquisition Specialist. Together, we will focus on attracting candidates who share our culture and values and bring relevant skills. In addition, you will be in charge of driving recruitment campaigns and initiatives, adding your unique touch to our efforts to find talent.

Ready to become an ORACIAN?

• You hold ownership of recruiting end-to-end: including pipeline management and collaboration with hiring managers.
• As key contact of hiring managers, you are accountable for the recruitment in your area.
• You establish a reputation as the “go-to” person for talent acquisition for our national and international teams.
• You coach managers to develop their talent assessment skills.
• You use several strategies to source, recruit and network with potential candidates.
• You conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit within our organization.
• You lead the negotiation with final stage candidates from offer to acceptance.
• You track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
• You play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience.
• You implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our employer brand both internally and externally.
• You create, edit and schedule engaging content for our career blog, social media and email campaigns.
• You get the opportunity to participate in some key HR projects that drive our HR strategy.

This is how we describe you…

• Act and think at a Master Level
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• With a track record of building relationships and influencing at all management levels.
• A strong attention to detail and a passion for finding top talent in the market.
• Proficient using a range of digital platforms and social channels.
• Someone who thrives in a team and leaves a positive impact
• Takes pride in their work and is self-starting, is entrepreneurial and has a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French any other European language is more than welcome.
