As the Talent Management & Acquisition Specialist you support the Talent Management & Acquisition Manager with the creation of a motivated and productive workforce who will stay with Duvel Moortgat in the long run. This goes from attracting & retaining high-quality employees and developing their skills to continuously motivate them to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • You design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • You organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • You support the development & implementation of a robust training & development plan, blending in-house training programs with external expertise and/or programs.
  • You support the design & implementation a performance management cycle that holds employees accountable to deliver their goals, that boosts performance and rewards accordingly.
  • You measure and drive engagement of our employees by organizing employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys and setting up action plans.
  • You support our Employer Branding initiatives to attract the right talent e.g. redesign our Career site; LinkedIn postings
  • You establish a network to attract talent e.g. universities, open days, job fairs, CEO roundtables, follow our CEO for 1 day
  • You support the design & implementation of a rigorous recruitment process including onboarding & offboarding

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have strong conceptual as well as execution skills.
  • You have good interaction and communication competencies with proficient language capabilities in Dutch, English and French
  • You have strong project management skills and are excited to collaborate permanently with various internal and external stakeholders.
