As the leading provider of CRM and Digital Marketing solutions in Europe, our goal is to enable and simplify the workloads of our many global clients every day. Efficy is now looking for a seasoned Project Team Leader both analytical as well as a team leader to be in charge of one of our talented project teams in Brussels!Mission:Setting up the optimal composition of the teamPromotes and develops the skills of the teamDiscuss recruitment, promotions and salary raises together with HRMotivate and animate the team with ad-hoc approved budgetEnsure that his/her project managers invoice the projects according to the progress and the contract between Efficy and the customersEnsures top-down, bottom-up communication and escalations

Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken?
  • Team leader of a small team (up to 8 different ICT delivery roles and level of seniority)
  • Commitment in delivering projects by endorsing the role of Project Manager for his/her own projects
  • Assess his/her team members throughout the year
  • Respect of scope, budget and timelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for the delivery

Functie eisen
  • Master’s degree in computer science, technology or related field 5 years or plus in team management and project management/analysis or relevant experience Analytical
  • Stress resistant

  • Native Dutch speaker with a good command and English
  • Bonus points for: consulting background French
