We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Lifetime chapter on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate is immediately available, highly analytical, and hands-on, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
In this role, you will lead a team of 8–10 people within our newly structured Customer Lifetime organization. This is a temporary assignment for approximately one year (initial contract of at least 6 months), as the position is expected to become redundant in the long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 8–10 members
- Ensure operational follow-up on KPIs, quality, and performance
- Provide hands-on support and problem-solving where needed
- Contribute to customer retention strategies and initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Experience monitoring operational performance and KPIs
- Medior-level profile with 2–3 years’ experience leading a team, ideally in a similar sector (e.g., telecommunications, energy, or related industries)
