Your mission
Our activity is growing fast. We are looking for an Antenna Product Engineer to reinforce our development team. Your mission will focus on the development of antennas for mobile communications (LTE, 5G), ITS communications (V2V, V2X) and satellite communications (GNSS, SDARS).

Within a project team, you will :
1/ Develop innovative products on full size prototypes - based on customer requests :
Define and upgrade the product specification and development schedule according to customer need up to TRL7 grade;
Run product development test including testing new material, new connector, new manufacturing, new packaging, etc… Those tests can be executed by simulation and prototyping;
Build a product BOM and define way to optimize it while keeping high product performance;
Collaborate with partner and supplier to optimize the antenna conception;

2/ Lead measurement and validation of protos (TRL3-TRL7) in close collaboration with our measurement expert and RF technicians :
Define and perform measurement and post processing to extract relevant product KPIs and make clear reports of antenna performance for customers;
Define and run validation test such as mechanical, ageing, EMC, etc… to make sure the product in compliant with typical automotive grade requirement

Your profile
Master’s degree in engineering - electricity, electromagnetics, telecom or related field.
Knowledge of electromagnetism or antenna physics is mandatory .
Capable of performing antenna measurements (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, near-field measurement) or willing to learn. Previous experience with an anechoic chamber is a plus.
First experience in project management and customer relations is a strong plus. Pragmatic in answering customer requests.
Entrepreneur with a pretotyping mindset, you run rapid tests and quickly clarify the best options for the product development.
You have a good helicopter view, able to think of and manage the different stages of several projects in parallel and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills with an eye for details
Fluent in English, knowledge of French or a strong willingness to learn.
