In this role, you have the opportunity to

Perform assignments and projects to prepare tender documentation for deals with medium to high degree of complexity. You are driving continuous improvement of the tender and quote processes within the scope.

You are responsible for

• Introducing new supporting process activities, policies and procedures;

• Ensuring adherence to the new and existing processes and procedures;

• Introducing structural report out on status of tenders and win-rate with various stakeholders;

• Balancing various stakeholders and effectively work in the matrix organization;

• Working in close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Services, regulatory, quality, finance and Sales support in COE;

• Acting as go-to person for IGTD tenders handled by tender specialist in International Markets;

• Responsible for the creation, consolidation and management of pre-bid documentation, product materials and presentations to support tender specialists in the markets;

• Developing and manage a consolidated overview of biggest tenders by category in International markets;

• Quarterly analysis of tender results (total amount of tenders found, won, partner participation) ;

• Basic understanding of CE Marking Certificates and basic RA documentation (ISO 13485; Declarations of Conformity, Labelling);

• Management of Philips-owned rental IGTD systems in International markets;

• Manage Installed Base of Philips owned systems;

• Aligning the marketing launch plans with the stakeholders to retrieve the quantities in the pool;

• Keeping track of demand versus supply and report out if any gaps;

• Keeping track of turnover rate rental to contract or sale and report out on non-profitable placements;

• Keeping track of deals and report out on non-conforming deals;

• Supporting regulatory team in management of demo devices for registration purpose;

• Enabling the development of strong customer relationships;

• Responsible for the Contract Variation process.

You are a part of

The Central IGT-D organization supporting International markets and will report to the Head of Marketing and Education for IGT-D International. You will be based in our Zaventem office.
