????What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive advanced testing on state-of-the-art rigs for hybrid, electric, and traditional drivetrains.
  • Improve both hardware and automation software (Python, CANape) to maximize test precision.
  • Take full ownership of test rigs—performance, reliability, and continuous upgrades.
  • Diagnose and eliminate technical issues with a data-driven, root-cause approach.
  • Collaborate with R&D, validation teams, and operators to elevate the testing process.

???? What You Bring

  • Master of engineering in mechanics, mechatronics.
  • Experience in testing environments, ideally with powertrain systems or in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in English, Dutch is a nice-to-have.
  • Familiarity with Python and vehicle comm tools (e.g., CANape, CANalyzer).
  • Strong problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and love for continuous improvement.
