The challenge:
Join us, and you’ll be responsible for the correct & timely registration of absences and attendances of all blue collars in BE at the best beer company in the world. You’ll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible.
As a product owner, responsible for the vision of blue-collar time registration and fully accountable to prioritize, manage, drive the operational activities & improvements, standardizations, simplifications to bring the best time and payroll user experience for the above target group of employees.
The role:
- Good knowledge of CLA & impact on the time activities for blue collars in BE
- Responsible for being up to date with the latest legal changes with an impact on absence and attendances, understanding the implications for payroll for all blue collars in BE
- Manage and coach a squad team of time experts, scrum master, business analyst, developers, MD (build and keep in-house solid knowledge & expertise)
- Transform, automate, simplify the time registration for all blue collars in BE and responsible for prioritizing in combination with the operational time activities, using data & ABI methods
- Drive transformation with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders up to partner level (PBP, Solutions, 3rd party payroll provider, GCC master data teams, auditors, external provider ex-pats) and communicate to and interact with management teams, social partners, and employees on time-related topics in the field
Qualifications
Whom we’re looking for:
- 5 years of experience in time and attendance or payroll.
- Basic knowledge in social legislation with a focus on payroll matters.
- Experience in Agile Method
- Advanced Office
