UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UI/UX design and product design, blending aesthetics with usability in order to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

What you will do:

- Design and iterate on web and mobile designs to ensure an optimal user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to bring concepts to life.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our main digital platforms: native Android/iOS apps & responsive web app.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

o Fluent in English and Dutch

You have:

o Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design

o The ability to design end-to-end from discovery to execution, with both lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills

o Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating closely with product owners, developers and other stakeholders

o The ability to handle an already existing Design System but show no fear in improving it further

o Confidence in gathering user requirements from multiple sources and managing feedback loops

o Proven experience working with Figma and other design tools, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
