Role:

  • Reporting to the CISO Office team manager in charge of organizational development, you will be mainly responsible for the CISO workforce management and learning on a mid- to long-term.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing the impact of the ongoing transformation on the CISO workforce and for providing the main messages in this perspective to the team leads, CISO Office Head & CISO Division Head

Main objectives:

As part of the CISO Workforce Management team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the delivery of a number of initiatives related to CISO people strategy and to sustain the workforce management processes that are defined. You will:

  • Contribute to the implementation of a long-term vision for sourcing mix and skills (technical, business, soft skills), and the related topics (Recruitment, up/re/self-skilling, mobility, etc.), in collaboration with IT & Corporate HR.
  • Manage the execution of the initiatives and their related action plans, and support the CISO Office Head & the team lead in decision-making.
  • Ensure the proper execution of the strategy defined in synch with IT and continuously improve during the roll-out thereof
  • Safeguard and strengthen workforce mgt & learning expertise for strategic projects.
  • Make sure that what is proposed and implemented is in line with the different strategies, from a CISO, corporate, Euroclear Technology and IT people as well as a social point of view

Contribute to different projects with regards to succession planning, career evolution, skills enhancement,…


Qualifications


Qualifications

Show strong, proven experience in the topic of workforce planning, people development, especifically covering the topics of sourcing mix evolution, strong working knowledge of skills related to (IT technical, soft and business skills) and a good understanding of location transformation.

  • Ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders (HR, IT Divisions & Department Head) in an IT transformation context, and transform and drive change.
  • Have a good understanding of important HR topics (including Recruitment, Training, mobility, up/re/self-skilling, etc.).
  • Strong change management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Professional presentation skills to address Executives
  • Ability to quickly understand Euroclear Tech’s organization and activities to take the lead as of day 1.
  • A proactive attitude to address and support the team lead and CISO Office Head in decision-making and ability to adapt to the pace of the transformation.
  • Strong communication skills to obtain sponsorship from diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt and evolve in an international context, and understand and fit with Euroclear’s culture and values.
  • Pragmatic approach and at ease (and likes to work) in a VUCA environment.
  • Excellent professional English skills required (verbal and written)
