What to expect

Your primary responsibilities;

Identifies, defines and develops with Policy Owners effective and critical Policies and manage the processes of policy approval, information and consultation of work councils and internal and external publication.


Responsible for internal and external benchmarking and cost analysis about employment practices by partnering with several internal teams as Legal, Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability, and Ethics & Compliance.


Supports complex and/or transnational investigations of Employee Relations and Human Rights Cases.


Support the implementation of the Policy Governance Model in the pacific region, creates tools and routines to evaluate the effectiveness and compliancy of policies across all CCEP territories and functions, and make recommendations to limit potential risk and optimize effectiveness.

Engage in global projects related to Human Rights such as Human Rights Due Diligence Programs, Human Rights Risk Assessment, Implementation of Human Rights Legislations (e.g. Germany and Norway), or Disclosure of CCEP’s actions.


What we expect of you

HR degree / Labour Relations or Law educated with demonstrated HR experience

Ideally you will have:

  • Interest area in Human Rights, Employment Practices, Employee Relations, Project Management, and HR Tools and Technology
  • Understanding of international employment law and CCEP internal rules and have experience of change management and project management in different cultures
  • Demonstrative experience of achieving objectives in a business support function across a matrix based organization
  • Skills of communication with the ability to influence and persuade effectively in a matrix environment
  • To be a natural collaborator and will have a hand-on positive approach
  • Fluency in English is essential, an additional European language is valuable
