Requirements -

  • 3-4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience in Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and IT security best practices.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT certifications such as A+, MCSA, or ITIL (preferred).
