Digital Campaign Manager (M/W/X)

As Digital Campaign Manager, your daily challenges will involve :

• Wizard with the copy. You enjoy making things simple and easy to read to make sure the message gets delivered. Writing copy that converts is what you were born to do.
• You are in love with content marketing and how it delivers value to your audience, your goal is to help as many people with their daily challenges as possible.
• You know how to think in funnels since people in different stages of the funnel need different information.
• Build numerous experiments in a rapid manner, working in a hybrid team that consists of both our campaign managers and Marketing Automation Manager to create campaigns that convert.
  • Example: Create a One Funnel Away (https://onefunnelaway.com/) Challenge for your audience which is mostly business owners, admin managers, or HR managers.
• Drive traffic to landing pages, eCommerce platforms, and online communities and get a positive ROAS.
• Like to experiment with tools like Zapier, Jotform, Hubspot, Instapage, Outgrow, etc, or find new tools to gain efficiency in your game.
• Interested to work in an environment where we want to test things fast within a corporate environment. Think about crafting a highly converting landing page within 24 hours or validating a Facebook campaign in less than 3 hours.
• Helping the Marketing Automation Manager create marketing automation flows to guide prospects towards the right content at the right time.
• Write emails and segment audiences together with the Marketing Automation Manager to drive conversions.
• Know how to test different conversion angles and find the highest converting one for your target audience.
• Work together with a growth leader / PMO who ensures that internal struggles within corporates (GDPR, tool access, IT clearance, etc.) don’t fall under your responsibility so you can focus on being you.
• Implement the latest trends and never stop learning

• A creative mind with an affinity for copywriting and sales funnel management.
• Experience in content marketing
• Knowledge & understanding of the different stages of a sales funnel
• Between 2 and 5 years experience in a similar role
• Ideally :
  o Experience in video creation
  o Knowledge of visualization tools like Adobe or Canva,...
• Any kind of training you followed for copywriting skills is a plus!
